  Keeps the program and updates correct time, during power outages
  --- you will not lose any of the program, and it will update to the current time
       when power is restored!  Does not print or ring bells when power is off.
  Use of time cards is not required. This can be used as a stand-alone work shift timer.  It has it's own timer, seperate from the web, computers, etc.
