Powers as many as (2) 24VAC buzzers, or (6) 24VAC bells
Or up to 10 110VAC bells and buzzers
************ We build it to match the equipment you order.
Example: Electronic Punch or biometric clocks:
They can only accept up to .1amp, 30 volts. Our simple, hand-built device sends a whisper of a small current (12 to 18 volts, .05 amps) through the electronic circuit in the clock, isolating it from the 110VAC, 3 amp "blast" that would normally electrocute the sensitive timing circuitry inside.
Each assembly is unique - depending on high or low voltage requirements.
Some are simple relays and wiring, others are relays and a 2 to 3 Amp AC coil, others are a relay and a 12VDC power supply, and so-on.
Low-voltage bells and horns:
Low voltage means no ISO 9000 conduit needed - if that is an issue.
2-pole ten-amp relay electrically isolates your expensive equipment from feedback.
In a metal box, nothing else needed other than wall mounting screws.
Saves you a trip to the hardware supplier, then the electronics store,
figuring it out and assembly time...Comes pre-wired...
Guaranteed for 2 years!
What's included* - we build this for you, we have the parts:
This can vary from system to system.
1 4“ metal box with extension* and cover plate. Sometimes it's plastic.
1 10 amp dual pole mechanical relay when needed.
1 110VAC power cable with plug
2 Metal box moly connectors
1 2 Amp 110 to 24VAC reduction coil (when needed).
* This will power two 24VAC Edwards buzzers or 6 low voltage AC bells.
1 Additional electronic equipment - as needed*
Hours of work to source the parts, assemble and test this.
*Note: Parts may vary depending on the machine they are running.
We currently have eleven different configurations,
each one is unique to several clocks and timers.
This is a complete solution. You don't have to hunt-around, you don't have to invent it. We've done it for you. The wires are labled and ready connect, ready to run. Your timer or clock will be properly protected against power surges from the supply that actually powers your bells, buzzers, or intercom tone generator.
