Several manufacturers including Infotronics, Inception Technologies, Time America, Acroprint, ADP, and Acroprint have paid to rebrand these machines, but internally they are identical to the generic models 1000, 2000, and so-on.

We stock every part that HandPunch sells. There are rare times when a board level repair needs to be done, then we ship it to RSI (RSI is Ingersol Rand, which owns Schlage, who was bought by Alegion (please, stop...)) for speedy dealer-level turnaround. We also sell protective cabinets, if your machine is on a loading dock or in a very dusty or otherwise rough environment.

Our goal is to ship your machine back in one to two days (maximum), and we can overnight it if you wish.
