Originally I had called your toll-free number to get a quote on purchasing a new ribbon. I was quoted approx. $8 for the ribbon plus approx. $23 for shipping. I thanked the gentleman but said I would research it a bit more to find better shipping costs. After surfing the internet, I was lead back to your website and got a quote that way. I was able to order two ribbons and have them shipped for a total of $30.06. I signifacant price difference considering I was able to get a second ribbon. The gentleman I dealt with was extremely pleasant! I found it odd that there was such a cost difference between ordering on-line versus through your toll free number.
