How to replace a Lathem punch clock motor

How to replace a Lathem time clock motor

It's pretty simple:

Unplug the machine.  Remove the movement with a flat blade screwdriver
(pop the “C” clip on the left side).  Go find the clip, it's across the room.

Remove the movement.  This exposes the motor and clutch.
