How to replace a Lathem time clock motor

It's pretty simple: 

Unplug the machine.  Remove the movement with a flat blade screwdriver
(pop the “C” clip on the left side).  Go find the clip, it's across the room.

Remove the movement.  This exposes the motor and clutch.
Look at the pictures below.   Call us if you need help.

    

      

Now the motor is loose, you lift it up. 
Notice the harness on the BACK of the motor.


Disconnect every thing, the old spring rotates off, counter-clockwise.
Reinstall everything.   Call us if you need help
