Has anyone ever audited or investigated Chicago District 32 Representative Andre Thapedi?  After 5 months, 11 emails, 7 mailed requests, a flurry of one-to-one emails, and three personal phone calls, Chicago District 32 Representative Andre Thapedi finally paid his bill, which is “under $50.00” (his quotes) to our small business.  These days, it is getting difficult not to "spit" when one says that word “politican”.  It's not about the money, it is the principle.  We forwarded a flurry of email correspondance regarding this to the Chicago Sun Times, there was no reply.
