MJR-Plus Kit
The Amano MJR-Plus Kit is a 100 employee self-totaling time clock that prints running totals right on the time card - see the example! It is designed to minimize payroll management ("work.").Two optional upgrades allow you to export the employee card totals to most common payroll applications, including but not limited to QuickBooks, ADP, and Paychex.
As a stand-alone system, this system, just using the time cards, it will save you a couple of boring minutes on every employee, every week, as all the manual calculations will have been done for you. If you add a second time card rack, you can use one for employees IN, and the other for employees OUT. You will also be able to see how many hours each employee has at any time, by simply looking at the card.
This provides several ways to have a complete "turn-key solution" to managing your payroll. You will be automating the collection, calculations, and preparation of punch records, making your job faster, much easier, and perfectly accurate, every time.
