Amano MTX30 Biometric Bell Time Clock System
Fingerprint-based time clock system with software-controlled bell and buzzer scheduling.
Description
All Amano MTX30 time clocks can ring bells. This system combines the MTX30 biometric terminal with TimeGuardian software and a complete bell package to control shift changes, breaks, and scheduled alerts across your facility.
Bell schedules are set in the software and applied automatically. One bell schedule can control multiple terminals, keeping all clocks and signals synchronized.

Facility Coverage Guidance
A general guideline is one bell or buzzer per 15,000 sq. ft., depending on ambient noise. More bells improve coverage — not volume, but effectiveness. Think of lighting: two lamps placed apart illuminate better than one brighter lamp.
Wiring Note
Bell wiring connects to the terminal using the NO (Normally Open) and C (Common) terminals on the back of the machine.

This bell timer software, which is built-in to the Amano MTX-30 system - all models, allows you to set up as many bell ringing events as you need each day. Up to 1,440 rings per day, one for every minute, spread across seven days. It can ring a standard schedule of events Monday - Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday, or a partial shift of different times on Saturday (and even Sunday). The bell scheduling software is capable of ringing 7 days a week, three shifts.
In the event of long distances in large warehouses and manufacturing facilities, each MTX-30 terminal, run via Ethernet or optional WiFi, can be set to ring bells from that clock terminal, making it easier to wire.
Our systems are generally shipped as connect and play. We build custom power supplies for each bell system. Contact us if you have additional questions.
You can also add strobe lights that flash along with the bells. Perhaps have light where bells are not appropriate.

HOW MANY TIME CLOCKS DO I NEED, - AND WHY?
