Acroprint TimeQ+ Proximity Card System with TimeQ software

or the optional Proximity cards.

The Acroprint TimeQ+ time and attendance system is loaded with features!

TimeQ+ Software Features:

  • Payperiods: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly and Monthly
  • Overtime: Two classes: Daily and weekly, plus 7th day OT
  • Daylight savings, leap years - automatically adjusts for these.
  • Records sick time, vacation, holidays, and other absences.
  • - Separates salaried exempt employees from exempt/non-exempt  
       hourly employees a.k.a.  run separate reports on each group 
  • Automatically updates the punch records every hour - you set this up.
  • Manual polling can be done, it's a built-in option.
  • Shift Scheduling - up to 12 shifts with start/stop times and lunch rules
  • Software can be set up on a single PC or Multiple PCs (works on LAN Network)
  • Missing OUT-punches:  You set the length of time from the IN punch.
       If they do not punch OUT after 8, 10, 12, 14 hours (you select), the
       next punch becomes an IN punch, and you then just type in the
       correct OUT time, in the software.  This is a very useful feature.
