Icon / Paychex Replacement Mounting Plate (Wall Bracket) – P/N M1025-01

This replacement mounting plate (also called a wall bracket or back plate) is designed to securely mount compatible Icon Time Systems terminals and Paychex PST terminals to a wall. If your clock was removed during an office move, the original bracket was lost, or the mounting tabs cracked over years of use, replacing the correct back plate helps restore a stable, secure installation.

This mounting plate is compatible with a wide range of Icon terminals, including Icon TimeCalculator/EPM, Icon Prox, RTC1000, SB100, and TotalPass models (PIN, Proximity, and Biometric). It also fits Paychex PST 1000 and PST InVision terminals. For reference, this is part number M1025-01.

Fit and physical details

  • Dimensions: approximately 3" wide x 6" long
  • Wall mounting: 2 screw holes
  • Clock attachment: 2 tab slots at the top and 1 centered tab at the bottom

A properly mounted terminal reduces accidental drops, improves card-swipe consistency, and supports cleaner cable routing to power/network connections. If you are unsure which bracket you need, the fastest confirmation is to compare the tab layout on the back of your clock to the three-tab pattern described above.

FAQ:

Will this bracket fit all Icon time clocks?
It fits many major Icon families (TimeCalculator/EPM, Prox, RTC1000, SB100, TotalPass), but always confirm the tab layout before ordering.

Does it include mounting screws?
Typically the plate is supplied as the bracket only; choose wall anchors/screws appropriate for drywall, wood studs, or masonry.

What else should I replace during a remount?
If staff use proximity badges or key fobs, verify you have enough credentials on hand and confirm the clock is mounted within safe reach of power/network access.
