Description
The Pyramid TimeTrax EZ Proximity Time Clock System is a badge-based employee time and attendance solution designed to automate time collection without biometric scanning or paper time cards. Employees clock in and out by presenting an RFID proximity badge or key fob, allowing fast, contactless punch recording.
Time punches are captured by the proximity terminal and transferred into the included TimeTrax EZ attendance software. Supervisors can review employee hours, edit punches when needed, apply pay rules, and generate payroll-ready reports from a central computer.
This system supports common pay periods including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly schedules. By using badge-based identification, it avoids fingerprint enrollment and biometric management while still providing accurate, computerized attendance tracking.
System Operation
The proximity terminal reads RFID badges instantly without physical contact. Punch data is stored internally and downloaded into the software, where attendance records are maintained locally. No internet connection is required for normal operation.
