Description
The CompuTime XLS21 with bells kit is a WiFi and network-ready PIN/RFID time clock system that also rings bells on schedule. Employees punch using a PIN, RFID badge, or RFID key fob, and punches are collected into CompuTime101 software for reporting and payroll exports. Data can be downloaded over TCP/IP (wired), WiFi, USB drive, or by USB thumb-drive for off-line operation. This is a one-time purchase system with no recurring charges.
This kit includes bell scheduling software and an onboard 30VDC bell relay. It also includes two loud bells, power supply, and cable (add more bells as needed). The standard license supports 25 employees, with upgrade options to 50, 100, 250, or Unlimited employees. Pay periods supported include weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. The software supports daily/weekly overtime, double-time, weekend overtime rules, and California 7th day overtime/double-time rules, plus punch rounding, automatic lunch deduction, revision zones, and punch corrections.
Hardware features include an integrated WiFi Ethernet connection, a wired TCP/IP port, a 2.8" color LCD menu, and internal relay capability for scheduled external signaling. Capacity is listed as 3,000 badge/PIN IDs and 50,000 records between downloads. The included bell package provides 25' twin stranded 110V AC bell wire, two 6" 110V 102dB fire bells, and an external power supply delivering low voltage to the XLS terminal with a 10 Amp DPDT mechanical relay for high-voltage bell switching. Badges and key fobs are not included.
